BTWIC Early Educator's Roadmap to a College Degree

"Bessie Tartt Wilson Initiative for Children is a non-profit, 501(c)3, organization dedicated to driving systems change in early education in Massachusetts that leads to greater access and quality of care for children in low-income households. BTWIC drives systems change through research, policy development, communication, and outreach."

BTWIC has created a helpful guide, available online or in pdf printable format, for early educators working toward a college degree. Each of the eight steps on the Road Map provides information, advice, points to consider, helpful hints, and resource links to help educators successfully navigate their individual pathway to a degree. It is designed to help educators find, apply for, and learn how to pay for higher education. The Road Map has recently been translated into Spanish, Chinese, Haitian Creole and Portuguese!

For access to steps, stories and links to resources targeted specifically for working early educators pursuing a college degree, check out the BTWIC Road Map!

BTWIC has launched a webinar presenting the Early Educator's Roadmap to a College Degree.  It is available for viewing on their YouTube channel!
